Spacious 3 bedroom upstairs suite available for rent in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood near Spruceland Shopping Center, a short walk from Quinson Elementary school. This suite features a large living room and access to a massive private deck. The master bedroom is complete with an ensuite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, and there is shared laundry in the building. The suite may be fully furnished or unfurnished, renter's choice. Internet is included, and utilities will be split 50/50 between upstairs and downstairs.
Available August 30th, may be made available sooner if needed.
No smoking. Cat friendly, but no dogs please. We will be offering a one year lease, after which we may go month-to-month if everything goes well.

A little bit about my fiance and I:
We live in the basement suite. I am a high school math and science teacher, and my fiance is a realtor. I play the violin, which you might hear sometimes, but only at reasonable hours of course (and don’t worry, I’m not bad). We are a young couple and this is our first home. We care about it very much. We did our best to provide a high-quality product, and we are looking for the right people to occupy the suite.
